Our powder coating gas oven is designed for energy-saving, time-saving and environmental-friendly. Takes natural gas or LPG as fuels, it gives a quick raise to required temperature. Thanks to the air circulation system, it creates optimal airflow throughout the entire powder coating oven enclosure, preventing hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.
Trolley System
 PLC Controller Precisely set and adjust parameters of powder curing oven, such as required temperature, heating time, auto-shutdown timer, and fan working are easy to operate on the panel. |
 Gas Burner Italy imported gas burner takes full utilizations of naturel gas, reaching the curing temperature 180-250°C in 15~20 minutes. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output. |
 Circulation Fan A powerful circulation fan cycles the hot air to warm the oven chamber, minimize temperature difference and guarantee uniform temperature to get a consistent powder coating effect. |
 Oven Wall Materials Interlayer is rockwool insulation board (100 mm thickness, density 120kgs/cbm). Together with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall forms a sandwich structure which is anti-flame and heat-insulation. |
